You cannot request a refund intermediately within 24 hours of purchase as that indicates you just purchased in an attempt to steal our Intellectual Property and then ask for a refund without giving the product a genuine try.

2. Constructive Feedback: Customers must provide detailed feedback about why the product did not meet their expectations.

3.Ineligible Reasons: Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as: "This doesn’t apply to me", "This wasn’t what I expected", "I'm dissatisfied", "This wasn't what I was looking for", "I changed my mind", "I didn’t have time to use the product", or sudden personal emergencies or financial hardships unless directly related to the purchase.

4. Fraud Prevention: Misuse of the refund policy or fraudulent claims will result in denial of the request.

5.Limited Circumstances: While we strive for transparency, exceptional circumstances such as major product defects or failure to deliver the
promised features will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, users must provide clear evidence demonstrating the issue with
the product.

6. Download and Access Issues: Requests related to technical issues, such as the inability to download or access digital content, must be reported within 72 hours of purchase. Once the issue is verified and assistance has been provided without resolution, a refund may be issued.
